We have been experiencing a high volume of orders so it has been taking us a little longer to process orders than usual. Thank you for your patience.
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.
The Baroque Candle Co. is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please provide us with an image of the broken item.
